“Those of us who are concerned about finding assistance for people who need help will no longer be led down an endless trail of phone numbers and bad information. With 2-1-1, we will find the referrals we need with just one call.”

“I am a single parent and at the beginning of each school year, I am overwhelmed with the stress of trying to come up with enough money to pay for school supplies for both of my children. We usually can’t afford everything on the teacher’s list. My kids are embarrassed because they have to borrow supplies from their friends. This year will be different. I don’t know who is more grateful—me or my kids!

“With budget cuts, the schools just don’t have the supplies they used to have—even basics like glue, paper, paint and scissors. It is frustrating to be monitored so closely that the entire class has to share one glue stick. I can see that School Tools will help students be able to do class projects that incorporate fun and creativity into learning.”
