Inland Empire United Way has announced that Tammy Chalmers of Rancho Cucamonga is its new board chairwoman. Chalmers is the chief financial officer and training/education specialist for Crime Scene Steri-Clean LLC. She also recently was chairwoman of the Rancho Cucamonga Chamber of Commerce.
