Volunteers are important to us! We are a great organization to volunteer with; we provide a variety of different ways to get involved. Many volunteers help with our KidSmart Initiative as described below. Others want to volunteer for a variety of projects and we help match them up through our Hands On Inland Empire program. Others want to help out with administrative duties, clean-up chores and a variety of odd jobs we can provide within our facilities. Everyone can make a difference. There are volunteer opportunities for every age, skill-level and time-commitment. Explore all the various ways that you, your family, your friends, or coworkers can lend a hand and volunteer:
Hands On Inland Empire
Hands On Inland Empire connects businesses, community groups and families with volunteer projects that are inspiring, rewarding and hop efully, fun! Volunteers select from one-time projects to longer-term, on-going opportunities. Typical projects include visiting the elderly, feeding the homeless, building homes, tutoring teens, caring for abandoned pets, cleaning up the environment, and whatever else volunteers are willing to tackle.

KidSmart
Community
volunteers provide invaluable assistance to the KidSmart program
operations. Some typical volunteer opportunities include:
- Assembling food packs
- Conducting a food or school supply drive
- Sorting and stocking school supplies
- Providing assistance for special events or holidays
Individually or as part of a group, there are many ways you
can be a part of the solution. Together, we are working to
ensure that homeless and very low-income children have an
opportunity to succeed in school.
